At Bloomfield Nails & Spa, we strive to provide you with a relaxing environment and high-quality services. To ensure the best experience, please take a moment to review our policies:

1. Our Guarantee

Jewels, Not Tools: Please treat your nails with care. We guarantee Gel Manicures and Dipping/Enhancements for 7 days.

Complimentary Repairs: If you experience chipping or lifting within the guarantee period, please contact us immediately to schedule a free repair (original color only).

Beyond the Guarantee: Repairs requested after the guarantee period or due to breakages/tears will incur a service fee.

Traditional Polish: Please note that regular polish services are not guaranteed.

2. Appointments & Arrivals

Be Punctual: Please arrive 10 minutes early to prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services to respect the next guest’s schedule.

Cancellations: We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations.

Booking Details: Please inform us of any additional services (nail art, soak-off, etc.) when booking so we can allocate the right technician and time.

Deposits: A deposit may be required for group bookings (3+ people).

3. Refunds & Satisfaction

Service Acceptance: Once you leave the salon, it is understood that you have accepted and are satisfied with the service. No cash refunds are provided.

On-the-Spot Adjustments: If you are unhappy with the quality during your service, please let us know immediately. We will gladly adjust or redo the service to your satisfaction before you pay.

Change of Mind: No refunds or re-dos will be given for a simple change of mind regarding color or style after the service is complete.

4. Health & Safety

Consultation: Please inform our staff of any allergies, infections, or abnormal nail conditions before your service begins.

Child Safety: For the safety and relaxation of our guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times and remain seated. Customers are liable for any damages caused by unsupervised children.

Personal Belongings: Please keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or poses a health/safety risk to our staff and clients.
